1. Scope

These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and services offered under the DJ Bruxelles brand. Some services are performed directly by DJ Bruxelles; others may involve an introduction to a selected independent partner.

2. Services performed directly by DJ Bruxelles

When a quotation or contract is issued directly by DJ Bruxelles, DJ Bruxelles remains responsible for performing its own contractual obligations in accordance with the agreed offer.

3. Independent partners

When a client is introduced to an independent partner and that partner issues its own quotation or contract, the partner remains solely responsible for its pricing, availability, insurance, personnel, equipment, legal obligations and performance. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, DJ Bruxelles is not a party to the contract concluded directly between the client and that partner and acts only as an intermediary or referral source. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Quotations, bookings and availability

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only under the terms stated in the applicable quotation or confirmation. Pricing, schedules, technical requirements, travel costs and payment terms should be checked in the relevant offer.

5. Information supplied by the client

The client must provide accurate information about the date, venue, timings, guest count, access, venue restrictions and technical requirements. Material changes may require a new assessment or adjustment of the quotation.

6. Equipment and technical conditions

For equipment rental or technical services, the client must provide reasonable venue access, suitable power and safe installation conditions. Any specific responsibilities relating to equipment are stated in the applicable quotation or contract.

7. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, postponement and change terms depend on the service and are specified in the applicable quotation or contract.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Legal details

DJ Bruxelles operates under this brand in Brussels, Belgium. The legal and billing details applicable to a direct service are stated on the relevant quotation, contract or invoice. Contact: info@djbruxelles.com.
